RG Connect18 for Reload Greece
The Reload Greece Conference - an annual event bringing together international entrepreneurs, CEOs, academics, policy makers and investors to forge connections, exchange views and drive positive change. Featuring 50+ speakers, 3 content tracks, plenary sessions, a short film screening programme and a cultural exhibition space the event sold out with over 330 delegates attending on the day. Live stream views were over 660 and online views are well over 5,000. This event was achieved on a tiny budget, with few resources and a tiny team.

Responsible for: Concepting of conference rebrand | Project managing all aspects of production from early phase planning to delivery | Content curation with key stakeholders | Researching, securing and briefing speakers | Venue & supplier negotiation | Logistics and operations | Budgeting | Liaising with Marketing Lead and designers to develop event visuals, event website and all collateral material | Developing partnerships & supporting sponsorship delivery | Overseeing 20+ staff and volunteers at event | Producing live event on the day, incl. show calling.
