Christina Fotinelli is a writer and producer with a background in unscripted television, digital content and live events.

She writes character-led comedy about life’s twists and turns, hoping to make people laugh and feel a little more seen. As a lifelong grump, she has found that meeting things with a smile, a pinch of salt and a lightness of heart can be both soothing and surprisingly effective.

After years working behind the scenes in production, communications and event management, she began writing her own material. She recently produced a short film adaptation of her comedy series, The Coffee Letters, now in post-production.

She is developing television comedy projects and writing short fiction.

She lives somewhere between an umpteenth draft, a cheeky nap and a strong coffee.
