Christina Fotinelli is a writer- producer with a background in unscripted television, digital content and live events.

She writes character-led stories about the mundane, the absurd and the frequently ridiculous business of being human. Whether comedy or drama, she is drawn to finding the humour in uncomfortable places, and to stories that make people feel a little less alone and a little lighter at heart.

After years working behind the scenes in production management, communications and event management, she began writing her own material. She recently wrote and produced Read Me, a short film adapted from her short fiction series The Coffee Letters, currently being submitted to festivals.

She is developing original television projects across comedy and drama, alongside short fiction.

She lives somewhere between an umpteenth draft, a cheeky nap and a strong coffee.
